Denchik Launches AI Editorial Automation Project

Denchik has announced plans to automate editorial workflows following a review of AI configuration tools and attendance at a specialized conference. The initiative aims to streamline content production through a structured AI-driven pipeline.

The project begins with a centralized reference database hosted in Notion. Each folder corresponds to a specific content category, such as news updates or regional reviews, and contains reference materials alongside detailed prompt instructions. A dedicated parser bot will monitor primary sources, including official channels of regulators, operators, and industry journalists.

The system filters incoming information against editorial standards and sends notifications through a Telegram bot, which can trigger immediate draft generation.

AI Draft Generation and Review Process

The workflow integrates the reference database with the news parser. An AI agent retrieves relevant prompts, pulls data through the GBAI API, and produces a draft for editorial review. Editors will use a swipe-based interface to approve or reject submissions, streamlining the approval stage. The system will initially support a single content format before expanding to additional categories.

The primary objective is to reduce manual effort across standardized content types. Denchik plans to evaluate the system’s performance and compare the results with initial projections within one to two months.
