Technology Stack and Digital Interface
The updated system integrates four core modules: NeoSphere for player account management, NeoDraw for draw-based games, NeoCube for business intelligence, and NeoEngage for customer data handling. The platform operates as an end-to-end ecosystem designed to streamline backend operations while maintaining security and responsible gaming standards. Aristocrat Interactive collaborated with Gambyt to develop a redesigned website and mobile application for the lottery. The provider will continue supplying e-instant and draw-based titles through its NeoGames Studio division. To support the expanded digital infrastructure, the company established a new office in Lansing, Michigan, staffed by over 60 digital and lottery specialists. Chris Shaban, managing director of Aristocrat Interactive i-lottery, noted that the launch represents a key development in the companies' twelve-year partnership.
The organizations have maintained a commercial relationship for twelve years prior to this deployment. The updated infrastructure aims to generate additional revenue directed toward public education funding in the state.
